How the engagement works
Producer Company incorporation and governance are primarily governed by the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, including provisions relating to Producer Companies, together with applicable rules, notifications, and procedures prescribed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. A Producer Company must satisfy applicable requirements relating to eligible producer members, objects, incorporation documents, directors, share capital, membership, and statutory filings.
