What we do
Our work in this practice group is structured around the records, deadlines, and decisions involved:
- Statutory compliance under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 preventing penalties and business shutdown.
- Mandatory legal prerequisite for onboarding on food delivery aggregators (Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto).
- Prominent display of the 14-digit FSSAI logo and license number builds strong consumer trust and brand credibility.
- Smooth clearance for international food product imports and exports through customs authorities.
- Structured food hygiene and safety protocols minimize contamination risks and consumer liabilities.
- Professional representation before Food Safety Officers (FSO) during statutory premises inspections.
